登录 / Login

当前审批动作会绑定到登录用户；发起人登录后可直接提交并跟踪自己的 ECR。Approval actions are bound to the signed-in user, and initiators can create and track their own ECRs.

未登录 / Not signed in

新建 ECR / Create ECR

先覆盖最核心字段，后续再接 SharePoint、公共盘和公司账号。Start with core fields, then connect enterprise systems.

标准阶段 / Standard Phases

来自附件里的简化版 5 阶段流程。Simplified 5-phase process from your ECR material.

Preliminary

提出需求，确认是否真的需要发起变更。Confirm necessity before formal change.

Planning

评估风险、成本、验证计划、影响部门和时间点。Evaluate risk, cost, and plan.

Customer

若涉及客户要求、接口或性能变化，则触发客户确认。Trigger customer confirmation when needed.

04

Implementation

按计划执行并协调制造、采购、品质、文控等部门。Coordinate execution across teams.

05

Validation

完成最终确认、文档发布和状态关闭。Final validation and closure.

审批看板 / Approval Board

提交后直接展示审批清单、当前待批角色和最近审批记录。See steps, pending role, and history.

我发起的 / My Requests

发起人视角：查看自己提交的单据、当前卡点和需要跟进的审批人。Initiator view for follow-up and chasing.

我参与的 / My Related ECR

查看当前用户作为审批人、签字人或历史参与者涉及的单据。See requests related to the current user as approver, signer, or participant.

审批工作台 / Approval Workspace

切换模拟审批角色后，下面会列出该角色当前需要处理的 ECR。Switch role to process pending items. 当前内置阶段门模板：Preliminary + Planning。

角色-人员映射 / Role-Person Mapping

设置每个审批角色的默认审批人，并可一键应用到未审批节点。Configure default assignee per role and apply to open steps.
